My 2-3 weeks old S4 Galaxy has some touchscreen problems with some keys disappearing. I took it to Samsung Ctesta where I bought and the technician could not fix it and I was sent to Roodepoort Customer Centre, where "I will be assisted immediately". On arrival at Roodepoort I raised my disappointment about the product quality, without any empathy, I was told that the Samsung shop in Cresta in not a Samsung shop so they are not responsible for this embarrassing quality of the products (In essence though Samsung Cresta though it sells Samsung "products" its not a Samsung shop) - I wonder what nonsense and difference it makes where I bought it to last for less than 3 weeks) worse they do not have black touch screens on stock to fix mine and I have to now change to a white touch screen option and when I asked why is not there correct stock balancing response -Customer Service Manager Agrzao " do not tell me how to run my business. " Lastly I pleaded that they prioritize assessing my phone mainly cause I use it for business and had already endure delays at Cresta "No exceptions" arrogant response received. and must wait for 5-6 hours before a technician assesses it. Disgusted
