Be Warned

I ordered and payed fora Nikon lens from Best Camera. I asked if there will be any extra cost. He said no. I received an e-mail from the courier company to pay a extra amount which was more than the price of the lens. In the package they said was also a i-phone 5s which I did not order. I phoned and Daniel told me it is his phone I must take delivery of it and he will later have it fetched from me and pay me the money in cash. I refused to pay any more money and asked for a refund. He said OK it will be done tomorrow 15/11/2013 but reading all these complaints it looks like I won't get my money back. If that is the case I will open a case with the police.
