I have had it with Cats Digital! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I received a Canon camera for my birthday in Nov 2011. In July the following year the lens got stuck so I sent it in for repairs as it was still under warranty. They lost the paper work and have resubmitted it 3 times! I was going overseas in Sept 2012 and it wasn't ready, due to lost paperwork, so I received a courtesy camera to use, 3 days into my trip, the lens broke and therefore had no camera for my trip! I received another courtesy camera to use which took awful pictures! They then said I need to choose another camera as my camera that was sent in has a problem with the lens and can't be replaced. I asked if I can get the Sony NEX 3 and was told yes and wouldn't have to pay in anything because of the inconvenience caused but they were out of stock. In this period I have dealt with 5 different people and been promised that I would have my camera in good time. The latest is that I need to pay a handling fee which I now refuse as this has been almost a year and was told I needn't pay. I still have not had a response on my latest mail. I have had it with Cats Digital and will never deal with them again!
