Samsung Fridge - faulty since new

Electronics and household app.

Purchased a Samsung Fridge 2 years ago & have had the service agents out 3 times for water pooling in vegetable drawers, motor making terrible noise and display unit breaking.

Guarantee expired Oct 2013, same issue arose again late Oct - water pooling in veg. drawers & was quoted in excess of R1500 for repair. I contacted Samsung's call centre on 6th of Nov., who said my query would be escalated to "Voice of Customer dept" - told I would be called within 2 working days, with the query as to why I had to pay for a problem that has been ongoing with the fridge since new. I have had to call Samsung weekly to get any form of response. "Mary" was appointed as my voice of customer liaison, who was never at work, either on courses or leave. Her supervisor Sylvester was also never available, either on leave or on course. Today 3rd Dec, I have been verbally advised (by the stand in supervisor via the call centre operator as the supervisor wont speak to me directly) that the fridge will be repaired at their cost. I have had no confirmation of this via sms nor email. I am appalled at the bad product and service from such a large company and will never buy another Samsung product.
