Worst service ever experienced

I am or rather was a very big Samsung fan until having to deal with TTS Samsung Port Elizabeth. My 2 year old dishwasher started giving a F5 error code. I took it in to TTS and at first I was impressed with the look and service for the first week. They kept me informed via sms and after 3 days I was given a quotation upon which I paid the full amount immediately. Two weeks later I received another quotation for more than the first. After a further enquiry I was informed that the pump had to be replaced as well (which worked perfectly fine) at the time I took it in. For the next 3 weeks I had to wait for the spare parts to arrive in Port Elizabeth and eventually after 6 week I could collect it. Halfway during the very first wash after it was repaired, F5 error again. Took it back the next work day. Three weeks after the second time I have taken it in, I have spoken to all the consultants and even the manager to try and get an update or further information and neither of them ever came back to me as promised. It has now been almost 10 weeks of bad service, empty promises and frustration. Needless to say, I will never again buy anything Samsung again!
