I bought a Samsung 660 double door fridge with water and ice dispenser about 3 years ago. It had a 12 month guarantee, 2wks past 12 months it broke down. Samsung grudgingly replaced the compressor at no charge.
Since that day we have repaired it at our cost i.e.: 3 fans, 2 sensors, the water dispenser reservoir regularly freezes necessitating a defrost. Water leaks onto the floor from the fridge compartment. We tried to speak to someone with authority for one and a half years to no avail, they will not let me past the call centre, and will not give a name or phone number to whom I can complain. The supervisor sympathises with us, but we cannot get any assistance to fix the machine. the main function of the call centre is to block calls to Samsung management, Come on Samsung please stop hiding..
The Samsung technician that tried to fix our fridge (Ashley 0782356757) has not returned since his last visit when he claimed to have found the problem (seemingly a stripped fan blade). He said that he had the part but has not returned, he now puts the phone down when we phone.
