My company sent a monitor to Xecutronix for fault evaluation after being told over the phone it would cost R395 to repair. Afterwards we were told that the repairs would actually cost R4122 and not R395! Once we indicated that that is ludicrous considering that a new monitor would cost about R1000, we were told that we would have to pay a Quote rejection fee if we do not continue with the repairs. I phoned Scott to complain and was told to read the Repair Receipt as it is mentioned under the T`s and C`s.

Bad attitude, unprofessional company! My company deals in IT, but will NEVER to business with this company again! LG should reconsider the appointment of this repair agent.
