No Communication and not returning my phone

I had given my Blackberry in for repairs at the Liberty Midlands Mall in PM Burg 3 weeks ago. The phone was extremely slow and the screen was hazy. I was told throughout the process that the phone had gone to the repair centre then advanced repair centre and then silence. Waiting each day to hear about my phone as I am paying for the contract and I need use of my cellphone. On calling the repair centre I was told that the phone can not be fixed due to unauthorised repair and would cost approx R1800 (daylight) I could buy a new Blackberry phone for this price. I told the agent to please send the phone back to PM Burg as I am not willing to pay that price. Still no phone received and during this week I receive an email that I must respond to their email with an acceptance or rejection of quote. I've already told Vodacom please send my phone back I am not accepting that price. What do you not understand. Please stop ripping people off with your repair quotations and be efficient in your service delivery. I doubt that i would want to renew any of my contracts with Vodacom after such bad service
