1 month and still waiting for repairs

I took my computer monitor into Incredible Connection in Fourways on 14 January 2013 for out-of-warranty repairs. I paid a deposit of R450 for the repairs and was informed that the monitor would be sent to their repair agents for a quote before they started the repairs. I was advised that the repair time would be 10 working days in total. After 2 weeks, I still didn't even have a quote. Eventually after many phone calls, I was given a quote of R350 for the repairs, which I accepted. Another 2 weeks have now gone by and I am still waiting for any communication from Incredible Connection about my monitor. Every time I phone them, they tell me "it's still with the repair agents". It's now been a MONTH since I took my monitor to them for repairs. How much longer will this take, I wonder?
