Placed a pre-order on 07-08-2013 for an item I was told would arrive 26th November.

Item was delayed till 9th of December. I then received another email saying sorry we didn't order enough units, item delayed till 16th December.

I was informed via email and no discount or any advantage was received from the delay. I was merely told I can ask for a refund.

Incredibly disappointed. They claimed
"If you are receiving this email update: It means that the amount of stock delivered could not cover your order."

I will never be ordering from this site again. However I feel tied into getting a PS4 unit from them as they only informed at such a late stage which means getting it anywhere else would put me in a back-order queue till a much later time!

Terrible business management. Not to mention they have all their complaints verified on their own site meaning they can hide it to keep their 5 star rating.
