I bought an item from Zando on the 27 Dec 2012. Order (#200665372)

First week of Jan, I phoned your call centre and asked the whereabout of the item. The lady said due to holiday delayed, my order will be processed.

Another week passed by, I email Zando and asked the whereabout, after a few days, the email respose was "Congratulations, your item has been dispatched".

And I waited again for 5 days, still no parcel, I made another call to Zando. Tammy only then informed me the item is out of stock and will refund the money to me within 3 days. And that was on the 23rd Jan. And until today (which is more than one month), I still have not received my refund.

First of all I am disappointed with the out of stock item. Secondly, I am so tired of chasing after my order. I almost feel like I work for Zando and have to chase after the order I have placed and paid for.
