No service delivery

Andre Louw boasts on his website that he will respond to every query within 59 minutes, yet one is lucky to get hold of him on any of his 3 numbers. He has come out to my house to repair and service my garage door. (Which his guys had done last year too-splendid job then)
He "did not have the right tools" that day, but we arranged on a day in the next week.
No show!! I sent him an e-mail, (he will respond in 59 mins, right?), with no reply. Phone numbers go straight to voicemail. (I did leave one message, no response)
Next day I got hold of him, he very honestly and openly said he just forgot about appointment, doesn't even have an excuse.
Made another appointment for today, he PROMISED he will be here to do the job... disappointment... again!!!
