Lucas came out "fixed" my washing machine which took him all for 10 minutes, charged me R620.00, machine not fixed, came back again and gave us some story about load being too heavy (I have had the machine for over 4 years...) was supposed to source parts and return with a quote and still waiting one month later. Have approaced for a refund for difference between call out fee and amount charged but getting no response, surprise, surprise!!! Have since got another company to fix with no comebacks or problems, stay away for this crowd!!!
