Homemark claims I have ordered an Electro Vibe training machine (R2999.95) on 24 September 2012. There was apparently no funds available at that time when they tried to recovered the amount. Then, on 1 February 2013 an amount of R2999.95 was deducted from my credit card. Upon inquiry, I was the told it was to cover the Electro Vibe training machine I allegedly ordered in September 2012. I explained to the sales consultant I would not have ordered the machine and asked for a refund. Despite my request, the machine was sent. There and then I send it back through the courier. A week later Homemark tried to deliver the machine again - and again I returned the machine. Homemark refuses absolutely refuses to return the amount - according to the customer complains consultant Herman. He insisted that I take other product to the value of R2 999.95, instead. I don't want to. On 16 October last year, however, I did place an order which would have been delivered within seven to fourteen days. An amount of R1 350, 77 was deducted from my credit card. It is now 27 February, and I am still struggling to get the product! What do I do to solve the problem?
