Don't rely on Samsung for service

Any body reading this if you buy a Samsung printer please buy 2 as you will need the second when the first gives you problems.
My wife has phoned 7 times to get someone to come and fix our printer ref 7112124768. They say i must take it in and wait for 5 days, you tell me what business can run without a printer for 5 days? hence above comment.
We then say we will pay for the callout and labour to fix the printer so we don't lose our warranty.
We get phoned by some other company and we still have no joy, Do yourself a favour do not buy these products they are not at all interested in sorting out the problem. this is really something minor like cleaning the drum as it prints lines on the invoices and copies.
