Faulty NEW washing machine

I bought a 13.2kg top loader washing machine from Game about 6 months ago. 4 months later the thing stops draining - send it to be fixed and it comes back draining but leaking. Send it back - still not draining but at least not leaking! Send it to a second place to have it fixed - I end up paying R400 for it to be fixed!

Now we are back to it not draining again! It is SIX months old and is a 13.2kg machine - it should be coping FINE - I don't over load it at all!!!

I am now - I have 3 kids and a non-functioning washing machine!!!
