Still waiting on empty promises

Ive asked for these people to come and fix my dishwasher in March 2013.
They came to my house in April and temporarily fixed the machine. The parts they needed had to be ordered, so they promised to return and install them.
Untill today no one has bothered to contact me with regards to this job and on the times I phoned them they had different excuses as to why they havent come out to fix it.
Waiting 7 months for service is unexeptable. Id like to see when ro if they will ever come out to help me.
