Shocking service from CT Electronics

Electronics and household app.

On 7 June I lodged my service enquiry with Cape Town Electronics, your registered service provider in the Western Cape. I paid the labour and call out fee of R627.00 immediately. A technician came to my premises to inspect the machine on 10th June. I received a sms on 11June to pay R228.00 for parts, which I did on 12 June. On 14 June I phoned to enquire when my machine will be fixed and was told that the parts have been ordered from JHB and will arrive on 17, 18 June. On 20 June I phoned again and was told LG JHB was stock taking and the parts will only arrive on 24, 25 June. I phoned again on the 28th and was told the technician will call me back immediately to arrange a time to fix my machine. I spoke to the manager, Clinton Rinkwest who did not return one of my calls and never came back to me with a reply but continuously told me that its not his fault that the technician has not contacted me as he has instructed the technician to do so. I have not received one phone call to date from CT Electronics and to date my machine is not fixed. My attempts to get hold of David Sparrow LG National's customer service manager has been fruitless. The service and feedback has been shocking
