I have a faulty Kelvinator Dishwasher. It's been repaired before, but this time the service is really shocking. No arrangements were made for Louis to come to my house. No follow up was done on if the machine was fixed or not. I had to follow up on my own and after waiting on the phone for a unreasonable length of time the attitude i got was totally uncalled for and no information was forthcoming this was logged to Rama's on the 28th November, logged to Louis (LG appliances) on the 29th. Only came to my house on the 5th December. Machine not fixed, "Apparently" paperwork was put in for a new machine. It's now the 13th and nothing has happened. Absolutely Nothing
