Waiting since beginning October for parts

I have been waiting since October for parts for my coffee machine. I have received only empty promises and excuses so far.
I have sent numerous emails to the persons involved, and only occasionally receive feedback. Each time I am promised the parts will be ordered but it's now mid February and my patience has run out!

I prefer to be contacted via email as I don't answer private numbers.
