Poor Service!!!

I took my Samsung Galaxy S4 to Darro Electronics to get it fixed, as the battery was all swollen, and was effecting my screen as well. This is a common problem with the S4 and Samsung has given public notice of this. I booked my phone on 2 October 2013, with the promise that I will get it back within the net 3-5 working days. I phoned them the next week, and they said they are waiting for parts and will get them the following day. Next morning I phoned. A Ton of excuses later they said they will phone me back later that day. They didn't phone, so I called them and they said no they are waiting for parts from Korea. I mean REALLY! Battery and Screen are the two most common part to be repaired on a smartphone! How can they not have parts. Then I find out for some reason they need an earpiece as well. WHAT DOES AN EARPIECE HAVE TO DO WITH A FAULTY BATTERY!!! It is now 22 October 2013. Almost three weeks later, and my phone still isn't fixed. They never phone back, even after promising to do so. Always promises the next day, then has a ton of excuses. Totally disappointing!!!
