Terrible Service Experience

Electronics and household app.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 is less than 6 months old and the battery was swelling and the phone would intermittently just turn off by itself. I contacted Samsung contact centre who referred me to Darro Electronics as a service centre. On Tuesday 08/10/2013 I went to Darro to book my S4 in for repairs. I was advised that they currently do not have stock and asked if I would mind coming in on Wednesday 09/10/2013 to book my phone in, I agreed. On Wednesday I called Darro before arriving to ensure that they do have stock and was informed that they do, as I was booking my phone in I once again confirmed that they have stock. I booked my phone in and was promised a 1 day turn around time on the phone and in person to have the battery checked out and replaced. At this point the consultant did inform me that if the issue was caused by anything else on the phone the turn around time might be longer, but they would call and advise me. Today is the 15/10/2013, effectively 5 working days since I had my phone booked in and no feedback form Darro at all. I called Darro to be advised that there is still no stock. 5 DAYS LATER, I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY PHONES REPAIRS! RIDICULOUS!!!
