Poor Customer Service

Darro Electronics reference number: 173463
Samsung referred us to Darro Electronics, in order to send our Samsung Digital Camera ST150F for repairs.

The unit was logged with Darro on the 15th November 2013.

We were advised that the unit will be repaired and can be collected within 4 to 5 working days.

I followed up with a phone call on the 22nd November 2013, as I haven't received a phone call or message on the progress of the repair. The Manager on duty that day advised me that he will personally intervene and have our camera repaired, and ready for collection on Tuesday 26th November by 15:00 - I am still waiting.

The reason I am reporting my query as that I am still waiting for that phone call from Darro, still waiting for that promise to be completed - Shouldn't you treat your customer with the attitude of under promise and over achieve??

Please can somebody at Samsung intervene and have our query resolved??
