Electronics and household app.

It all started 3 weeks after I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 2, when I noticed that the phone is not picking up the SIM card. I contacted Samsung customer care and was referred to Darro Electronics to have the phone repaired. I took it there on the Thursday and was told that it was the SIM card reader and the phone would be repaired in 2-3 days. I thought this is awesome... but when I phoned on Tuesday to get an update on the progress I was told that they are waiting for a part and that I should phone back the following day. On Wednesday I phoned and was told my phone will be ready that same afternoon, so I went in on Thursday morning to collect my phone, only to be told that my phone is not ready and they are waiting for another part to arrive.By now the SIM card reader, network cable, screen cable (dont know why) and motherboard had to be replaced. I was then told that the phone will be ready in another 4 days. I rcvd NO phone calls from Darro advising me of the delays, also NO apology was offered. Is my phone being stripped to repair other units? Or are they just so incompetent that they replace parts without running diagnostics? Don't use them at all!!! I still have no phone.
