Takes almost 3 months to repair my phone

Electronics and household app.

This complaint have been published on HelloPeter, I booked in my phone which is also my work phone and which takes a micro sim, was promised a quote the same day, two weeks later only received the quote, the quote after numerous arguments whether it is physical damage or warranty issue, which in turn was accepted 25 Jan 2013, and today when I phoned in to Darro Electronics after not hearing anything from them in 38 days phoned them to find out my phone have not even been touched by the service team. That phone is my source of business since I am a sales rep and literary all my customers phoned me on that number, forced me to spend an massive amount of money just to notify all my clients of the down time and then again the purchase of a new number, and due to the time factor is now forced to use a strange number and gain all my contacts from scratch since I cannot get them from my phone which is currently been booked in at Darro Electronics for the 3rd month and still haven't been touched. I am from this day going to subtract the amount of money I have been losing out on since Darro have been neglecting my Phone for almost 3 months.
