I renewed my cellphone contract beginning of July and took the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500

My Phone is now randomly shutting down because of "Low Battery" even though the battery is charged 100%

The battery is warm constantly.

I've had this phone for Less than 4 months and I it is not performing like it should be. I feel that I have been misled. The phone was after all advertised as one of the best phones on the market.
