Samsung S4 swollen battery

Hi.

I bought a Samsung S4 GT-I9500 from Cell C in May this year and about a week ago, it started randomly shutting down because of "low battery". This happens when my battery is charged anywhere between 40 % and 90 %. The battery also seems a bit swollen when I take it out. My phone is unusabe if not connected to the charger. This must be a faulty battery issue.

Please assist ASAP.
