Top of the range oven doesn't work!

I logged a call in Feb 2013, my. "Top of the range" oven of 2yrs just never came on. The Service centre in durban where I logged call, sent out a technician, they then told me there was a problem with the DB board. Because my. Warrenty was up I then told them 2 sorte it out and I WILL PAY. I need my oven in working condition. Thereafter Altaaf at the service centre stopped taking my calls and would never return my messages this went on for about 3 months or so, until I asked for the owner, Devon afer chatting to him he advised a "Depreciation" he then instructed Altaaf, the manager and who I was dealing with, 2 log a call and apply for a Depreciation. After a few weeks I contacted Samsung in Jhb and there was NO DEPRECIATION logged! I was furious! I had 2 start from scratch explaining my story and dealing with different people in the call centre everyday was a nightmare. Some were very friendly and tried 2 help, while others were just plain NASTY and obviously didn't care! After about 4 months of fighting they send me an email asking me to choose an oven from serial numbers, when I call JHB. For help because I want 2 choose, they say there in NO DEPRECIATION logged!! HELP HELP
