Samsung is ignoring the custome

Electronics and household app.

I tried to register my new S3 mini for the AlwaysOn promotion, but there was an issue with my handset whereby the registration kept failing. After unsatisfactory interactions with the Customer Contact centre, it was confirmed to me that my IMEI number was in order, and no reason could be found for the problem, which was then escalated. After not hearing from them for days on end, and after trying to resolve it by consulting Samsung in-store consultants, I was eventually pointed to the Walk-in Centre at Century City. I spent 6 hours with a consultant who tried various things, including resetting my handset to factory defaults, which didn't resolve the problem. Something went wrong with the backup, and when I left, not only had I lost important chat data and e-mails, irreplaceable photos and my complete password vault, but the problem was still not resolved, so I was worse off than when I started. The underlying problem was later resolved, but still haunts me. Samsung have showed absolutely no interest nor intention of closing this loop for me, and all I'm now asking for are the specifics of the problem that they resolved, but still they ignore me. I remain suspicious of the authenticity of my handset.
