Cannot seem to register?

Hi there

On Sunday 2 June 2013, I tried registering my Samsung Galaxy S3 on the AlwaysOn website. After entering all of my details, I got a message saying that it would be sent to Samsung for verification. A week later, I had not heard anything from Samsung or AlwaysOn. I tried registering again and got the same message. I then called the AlwaysOn call centre. The consultant told me that she couldn't figure out what was going wrong as all of my details were correct. She then deleted my first registration and told me to try again. On the 3rd attempt, I got the same message saying that my details would be sent to Samsung for verification.

Can I please have some assistance with this problem? Is this a common occurrence? And when will Samsung verify my details?
