Pay R7000 for a S4and it's a Bad batch apprently

Took my phone in to be fixed because it gave me problems with the software found out that the battery is swollen too... when you ask why this happens how can a 3 month phone have software problems and a swollen battery the response is " maybe you just have a bad batch". BAD BATCH!!! R7000.00 worth of bad batch I think not! I want a good batch for that price! And the service centre dont even have stock of the battery nor do they care that they have supplied a consumer with a faulty product! This is my second visit at the service centre and the second time i get service!

Unacceptable!
