Samsung S4 try get it Fixed - Just throw it away

So My S4 is Playing up (just over 2 months old), battery life bad Freezes, dosnt swith off, cant adjust volume, goes to vibrate on its own and screen dosnt switch off.
So you call your mobile provider and they say sure we can send it in, turn around time is 21 working days. ok so de we get a loan smart phone? NO!
So i call samsung and get a Ref Number, now take it to a service centre, sorry we dont have main boards to fix your phone and we have no ETA on the boards. Ok so what do i do i ask, well we dont know sir! Nice way to fix a problem!!! :(
So i call head office and get messed around for 2 hours trying to speak to someone, i call another branch and same there, so 5 hours later i have a Phone and no one to help swap it or fix it by earlier than 3 weeks,
WOW SAMSUNG YOU ARE A GREAT PHONE! or are you?
