This person was at my house on 05/08/2013 to do repairs and was paid R4600.00.
After the work was done and he was paid he told me everything is in order and working, we realised that the plug in one of the rooms is not working.
I contact him immediately and informed him about the situation, and his response was that he will be back on Tuesday 06/08/2013 to rectify the problem.
I eventually got hold of him @15.00 and I asked him when he will be coming around to fix the problem, I was informed that he is on his way he must just pick his workers up.
On Wednesday 07/08/2013 I phoned him again and asked him where he was and he informed he will see me later the day.
I received a threatening smse from him
I phoned him back and told him not to threatened me, his response was You can do whatever you ' want to'

He threatened me that he will get someone to come and " jou dood in jou eie yard ".
All this conversations was heard by my wife the real estate agent and the lawyer that is doing the transfer.

It is Monday 02/09/2013, 12:28 and I am still waiting.
