Useless incompetent service

Electronics and household app.

Within 6 months my Galaxy S3's screen just went from green, to blue, to black, to blank. After phoning Samsung directly they advised me to take my phone to User Electronics a certified Samsung Repairs Centre in Pretoria. AFter inspection of the phone by User they told me that it is indeed a Samsung default and that the warranty will pay for the new screen. Samsung said the new screen will be deliverd within 3 to 4 working days at the repairs centre. After waiting 7 days User Electronis said that Samsung responded and said there is no stock! and new stock will only arrive at the end of the month! Samsung agreed to replace my phone - this is where the problems started. No one in the entire samsung call centres can tell me what is the procedures to get the new phone, they cant even explain to the shop where i purchased it how they should apply for the credit. all is so confusing... ive phoned the call centre 100's of times while waiting to speak to a consultant for 10 minutes per time. they keep on saying they will phone me back, but never does. The Switchboard lady is so rude and actually screamed at me and hung up the phone just because me ""the client" is frustrated with the service
