Samsung and MTN Benmore play toss on me

Hi
I have 3 contracts with MTN all taken from Benmore Gardens MTN Direct. Both of them are on the Samsung Galaxy S4. 2 weeks ago I started having issues with my one Samsung and it is still under 6 months. It keeps losing signal, and the battery heats up constantly. I spoke to MTN Benmore, and they told me for an instant swap out I need to go to Samsung headoffice in Constantia. Samsung sent me back to MTN. Today MTN Benmore is no longer a Direct store but a franchise so they cannot help me. The people that used to help me have moved. MTN Sandton sent me to Midrand to get the phone checked. Problem is, 2 weeks later, I still dont enjoy this phone. I cannot get proper service. Why is it easy for service providers to make promises like "we will swap your device out" but when it comes to it, they have to send me from pillar to post.

I need this looked into but not sure who to direct my frustrations to.
Tomorrow I am going back to MTN repair centre in Midrand, taking 4 hours out of my work time to get this phone sorted simply because it is no longer working and I cannot wait another 2 for MTN to follow up
I am honestly flabbergasted with the services I received on this query.
