To whom it may concern
I bought my Samsung Galaxy S4 in the middle of this year with the assumption that I was joining a new revolution of state-of-the-art, dependable products, which Samsung advertises. A few months down the line, I am highly disappointed with Samsung and my phone. My battery is behaving erratically - it turns on and off continuously (without any warning); it freezes and heats up and then won't turn on for hours to days; it gets charged, says the battery is full and then, minutes later, asks me to 'connect to charger'. For the amount that one pays for a Samsung Galaxy S4 and the reputation Samsung has, I am very disappointed that I was not contacted (via email/sms/post/phonecall) about the fact that this is a global problem with Galaxy S4s (which I had to find out from a great deal of research on the internet) and advised on what to do by your company. It is not fair on customers to sell them a faulty product and not recall/inform these customers. I (using my phone) have had to retype this complaint twice already, which is testament to the problem with this phone.
