Panasonic Service delivery STINKS

Electronics and household app.

Our company bought several air conditioners as well as a projector and screen from Panasonic. The air conditioners were installed and there was one outstanding and they were requested to install at a date to be confirmed by ourselves. they requested to then install the projector screen and remaining air conditioner at the same time to which we agreed. it has been over THREE whole weeks since this arrangement was made and we still have not been assisted. When we called to find out when the technicians would be coming through to install (3weeks ago) we were told that they were still busy with other projects and would install when they are done. Does this mean that my request is not important that there are other installations being prioritised over mine which is already outrageously late? or is it because its a black owned company therefore it makes it less of a priority? We have paid just like any other company so why are we not getting the service we deserve?
I am hugely disappointed and you can be sure that upon completion of the warehouse that we are currently building Panasonic will NOT be our service provider!!!
