I need help regarding money that is owed to me by AP Wholesalers ltd based in Cape town. I purchased an item online from them last year November which was supposed to be delivered that week, it ended up taking a month and i had to pay extra money to have it delivered but still i received nothing. I filled for a refund on the 7th of December they told me me it takes a month to pay back refunds, i called them on the 8th of January to find out what was going on and they said the boss is on holiday he'll be back on the 25th. I called them today (24rd) asking if all is in place for my refund and they tell me its going to be next month and they hung up the phone in my ear, when i try calling now no answe
