NO CALL BACK OR RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM

The calendar on my phone overwrites what is on my outlook calendar!! No technical assistance or resolution in 4 weeks. I am still waiting for a manager to contact me. When do you think that will actually happen?? I was told three days ago that the customer service manager will call me asap. If this is how your customer service manager does customer service, no wonder your customer service is way below average. Mangers need to lead by example and this is a pathetic example of customer service from a manager. NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE! PROBLEM STILL NOT RESOLVED!! I haven't even had a technical manager call me! I notice on the internet that there are others just like me, with the same problem and lack of service!
