TV broke 4 days after purchase and he vanished

I bought a Logic 74 cm TV from them with a 3 month guarantee and it broke 4 days later. I tried calling and i left numerous messages but they never came back to me. I sent the tv in for repairs at another (trustworthy) place for repairs at an extra R500. I posted an AD on Gumtree warning other buyers of them. He phoned me back and said he would re-imburse me the money or replace the tv. This was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Then he phoned me and sweared at me and said some else opened the tv and he will not give me another tv. He does not want to pay the R500 repairs.

This really is poor service...
