I am utterly disgusted in the service that i received from FNB with regards to the duplicate charges error that was caused by themselves. I have been callin their contact centre constantly and each time i am told that they are aware of the problem and it would be reversed within to 2-3 working days, Each time when i didn't get joy from the consultants i would ask to speak to a supervisor or manager but i am denied to speak to the managers as they always in meetings or too busy to take my call. Empty promises has been made that a manager would call me back and have the problem rectified and till today no manager has had the decency to call me back. The most amazing part of this problem is that FNB caused the problem and the customer has to suffer and beg for there money. Its been 6 weeks since the problem occured and still no joy.
