Galaxy S4 restarts when launching the camera

I am begininning to get a little tired of the endless run around offered by Samsung South Africa.

I have a galaxy S4 which i got on the launch weekend. It has an intermittent problem in that the phone restarts when launching the camera or switching between the front facing or rear facing cameras. I have requested information from you social media team over twitter whom at first said there was a software fix on its way however since then they chose to either not respond or direct you to the smartcare centre for assessment.

I have since taken the phone to the Smartcare centre for assessment, the phone does not log any errors and they did a live software update for me as well. the problem still persists.
The problem is well documented, widespread across the world and it seems ludicrous that i should have to beg you guys to A) supply an ETA for the software fix, which if it is going to be available imminently ill wait B) replace the phone from a batch where the problem has already been resolved at point of manufacture.

I started this conversation with Samsung over a month ago and im still pleading for information and a workable solution.

SOLUTION PLEASE?
