I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S4. I HAVE PURCHSED
THE FAMOUS SAMSUNG PHONE AND AM HAVING NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH IT. FIRSTLY IT WAS PURCHASED ON THE 1/07/2013 AND TODAY ITS 24/7/2013. THE PHONE SWITCHES ITSELF ON AND OFF, FREEZES FROM TIME TO TIME, SOME OF THE FEATURES DONT EVEN WORK AND RECENTLY STARTED HAVING A SLOW RESPONSE. FOR A PHONE WITH A VALUE OF - R7000 TO GIVE SUCH SOFTWARE PROBLEMS IN LESS THAN A MONTH IS RIDICULOUS. I HAVE CONSULTED THE TECHNICAL GUYS WHERE THE PHONE WAS PURCHASED AND THEY AGREE THAT IT IS INDEED A SOFTWARE PROBLEM AND THAT IT MUST GO FOR REPAIRS. IT CANNOT BE REPLACED BECAUSE IT IS OVER THE 7DAY GRACE PERIOD.
