Have2have refuses to refund

I ordered a kindle paperwhite from [URL Removed] on 7 January 2013 and agreed to extended delivery times. In the middle of May 2013 I still didn't have my kindle so I requested a refund. I was submitted all relevant forms and have2have confirmed receipt, but I was never refunded.

Details:
On 7 January 2013 I was charged for a Kindle Paperwhite cover order from [URL Removed] of R2403.22 on my credit card.
At this time I was informed that the shipment may be delayed and the best delivery estimate is between 14 February 2013 and 20 June 2013, and I agreed to these terms.
On 15 May 2013 the goods have not yet shipped and I requested that my order be canceled and my credit card refunded, I was given a refund request form to fill in.
On 16 May I submitted my refund request.
On 27 May my order was marked as "canceled" on the have2have website.
According to the website's Terms and Conditions my credit card should have been refunded on or before Friday 14 June.
On 13 June and 18 June I tried to contact have2have support to get confirmation that my refund has been processed but my support tickets are simply closed without a response.
