Dismal service/don't care attitude/no manage

My S3 is faulty and the Service Centre staff is incompetent.

Issue 1: My S3's camera failed after less than a month. I took it in to have the unit replaced; I was told it was a common issue with my model of phone. It took two weeks for the part to arrive. I only found out because I kept calling them; they didn't phone me. During the repair I was kept five times longer than they estimated. Only after causing a scene was I told the replaced camera unit was still not working and they needed to replace the board.

Issue 2: After the 'repair' the screen rotate no longer worked. I didn't want to take my S3 in again because the service was so bad.

Issue 3: Unfortunately the S3's battery then started to give trouble. It was charging very slowly (40% in 7 hours while switched off). The device is clearly faulty. I was accused of lying by a technican when I said I didn't drop the device/there was no water damage. My S3 has been in for four days. Today I spoke to a technican who said no one is looking at it because they don't have enough staff. He also said there is no manager to speak to. I asked to speak to someone who could help me and he just left me on hold and no one came back to me
