Slow service. 2 - 5 days for a quote or sometimes no delivery at all. lack of product/ supplier knowledge. For example "metal halide, umm, which one is that? ", says the clerk.

Forget about their engage campaign with their prizes, text reminder or customer evenings. Just offer better customer service and i will give you more of my business.
