Excellent Service

I am from Secunda and went to the Apple Store in Centurion Mall during a visit. I was struggling to set up my iPad Mini, and went into the store for help. A lady (forgot her name, sowi) approached me immediately to assist me. She was very friendly and helpful. Upon learning that I am out of town, she reeled in the manager / trainer that promptly "manually" signed me up for training that was about to start in just over an hour. The friendliness, but more importantly, the technical expertise and can-do attitude was very refreshing! Steve Jobs would have approved! Well done and thank you guys!
