Electronics and household app.

Hi
We purchased a phone from Cell C in Tyger Valley Cape Town.
We were not informed to register the phone via the sms system.
The phone was then damaged and send in to the repair center at Century City this was done on the 29th of May 2013 all still within the 30 days allowed time. I registered the phone online with imei number and proof of purchase as I understood this is how to register. No no one will acknowledge a mistake from there part and is telling us we will forfeit any repair due to the fact that is wasn't registered in time. Even thought I registered online the 26th of May 2013. Also why did the assistant at the repair branch not check immediately that if we were registered. This would then still have been within the time span. This is clearly a lack of customer satisfaction. I just ordered another S4 but now I'm having my doubt. We in the process of purchasing a new fridge in the next month or two but why would I choose Samsung if this is the way we get treated. Nobody wants to take responsibility but I believe both parties is to blame and to be precise we only have the phone for 2 days over a month. So comment and assist us in getting this phone registered. Mr Deacon
