NO ADH WARRANTY FOR MY DEVICE

I PURCHASED/(UPDGRADED) MY S4 IN AUG 2013 WHICH IS UNDER MY DADS NAME AND HE WAS NOT GIVEN ANY PAPERWORK AS THE CONSULTANT SAID THEY WILL EMAIL HIM THE CONTRACT FORMS.
THE CONSULTANT NEVER TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDS TO REGISTER FOR ADH. AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALLS FOR MY CONTRACT FORMS I DECIDED TO LAY A COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER FOR MY FORMS CAUSE I NEEDED IT JUST IN CASE FOR WARRANTY OR PURPOSES.
IN OCTOBER MTN HEAD OFFICE CONTACTED ME TO GET THE BRANCH TO EMAIL ME MY DOCUMENTS AND THEN THE CONSULTANT TELLS ME THAT I WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE REGISTERED FOR ADH BUT ITS TOO LATE.
ANYWAYS I APPLIED THEN AND MY PHONE WAS REGISTERED SO I DID NOT TAKE IT INTO CONCERN.

YESTERDAY I TOOK MY PHONE TO SAMSUNG CAUSE THE BATTERY IS GETTING VERY HOT AND SO IT THE PHONE AND THE PHONE FREEZES ALL THE TIME. THE CONSULTANT AT SAMSUNG TELLS ME MY PHONE CANNOT BE REPAIRED AS I DID NOT REGISTER WITHIN THE 30DAYS.

NOW HOW CAN I LOSE OUT ON THE ADH WARRANTY DUE TO SOMEONE ELSE'S NEGLIGENCE??
I THINK SAMSUNG IS BEING UNFAIR, I HAD A BLACKBERRYS BEFORE AND WE DID NOT HAVE TO REGISTER FOR ANY WARRANTY WHY IS SAMSUNG US INDIRECTLY? THIS IS VERY WRONG.
