Registered me with cellphone banking???

I recently tried to change the phone number my OTP gets sent to. I called the suite twice, I was told it was changed and yet my OTP kept going to the old number (which I cannot access). Then I called another number I was given and told the consultant what I needed, he promptly registered me with cell phone banking. I did not want to be registered with cell phone banking! I have an iPhone with an FNB app, so what do I need cell phone banking for? At the end I asked him if my OTP number had changed, he said that I am now registered with cell phone banking and I must hold the line and he'll transfer me to online banking. So then I was asked the same stuff again, did a verification for the 4th time that day and finally gave up. Not only is my OTP number still not changed, but I now get annoying sms from FNB regarding cell phone banking :(
